Due to the time-sensitive nature of tender writing, we are unable to offer refunds once work has started. If you cancel your order within 1 hour of payment and no writing has begun, a full refund will be issued.

We are committed to transparency and quality. If you believe we have failed to meet your brief, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your concern and offer a solution where appropriate.
