All content is produced based solely on the information provided by the client at the time of instruction. We do not verify or validate the accuracy of client-supplied information, nor do we offer post-delivery editing, compliance assurance, or submission services.

Once a draft has been delivered, it is the client’s sole responsibility to review the content, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure its timely submission through the appropriate procurement channels. SmartTenders Ltd accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any bid or tender, and no guarantee of success is given or implied.

Due to the bespoke and time-sensitive nature of our work, no refunds are available once the service has commenced. If you place an order and contact us within one hour, and no work has yet begun, a full refund will be issued. Beyond this period, the service will be deemed to have started and is therefore non-refundable.

All content and documents provided remain the intellectual property of SmartTenders Ltd until full payment is received. Documents are supplied for use solely by the original client and may not be copied, distributed, or reused for other purposes without our written consent.
