• All work is paid upfront unless agreed in writing

• You provide accurate info for us to complete your bid

• We deliver on time but can’t guarantee the result of any tender

• Same-day service is subject to availability

• Work is delivered in Word and PDF formats

• No refunds once writing work has started

We handle all documents confidentially and delete them after 30 days.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

These terms are governed by UK law.
