2. Nature of Service We provide written tender responses based solely on information and instructions you provide. We do not verify, audit, or warrant the accuracy or legality of the information supplied. Our role is limited to drafting and structuring documents to meet procurement requirements.

3. Client Responsibility You are solely responsible for ensuring all provided information is accurate, complete, and truthful, verifying your tender's compliance with the contract opportunity before submission, and submitting the tender yourself and meeting any deadlines or technical requirements.

4. No Guarantee of Success We do not guarantee any tender or bid will be successful. While we aim to improve your chances, the outcome is beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability We accept no liability for losses resulting from inaccurate or misleading information supplied by you, any operational, legal, or contractual failures by your organisation, or rejection of tenders or failure to secure contracts.

6. Indemnity You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or legal costs resulting from misrepresentations in your tender, legal breaches or failures to meet statutory duties by your organisation, or any unlawful activity, misstatement, or omission connected to the bid.

7. Data and Confidentiality We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share confidential information unless legally required.

8. Intellectual Property Ownership of your completed tender documents transfers to you upon full payment. We reserve the right to use anonymised extracts for internal training or promotional purposes unless you object in writing.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
